EXCHANGES + RETURNS

All exchange & return requests MUST be emailed to hello@tinkathelabel.com notifying us of the exchange or fault, along with your invoice number, proof of purchase, and reason for exchange/return. Clear photos of the fault(s) must accompany all faulty claims.

TINKA THE LABEL takes no responsibility for lost or damaged exchanges & returns. 

Exchanges and returns MUST be returned in their original TINKA THE LABEL signature gift packaging & secured in a protective mailing bag. Items not returned in its original packaging will incur a $5 fee.

If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the the exchange or return. To ensure it arrives safely at TINKA THE LABEL we recommend using a traceable delivery method and keeping a copy of your tracking number.

Tinka the Label reserves the right to refuse unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.  

EXCHANGES

We pride ourselves on our product and service and want to ensure your shopping experience with TINKA THE LABEL is a memorable one. If you have a change of mind, we are happy to offer you a credit voucher or exchange to equal or lesser value, on full-priced merchandise.

-Items MUST be sent within 3 business days from the date of delivery (as stated on your order tracking number). 

-Exchanges marked as shipped pass the 3 business days can be refused and returned to sender. 

-The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.

-Unfortunately the following products are not eligible for return or exchange: custom orders, earrings, hair accessories, gift cards & Up-cycled products. 

-All sale items, sample sales, & promotional gift sales are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
