HOW TO MEASURE JEWELLERY

For necklaces & bracelets

  1. Check the measurements of the item in the “product details” section of the product listing.
  2. The length of the item is measured from the clasp to the connector. Items with an extension chain will have the additional length noted separately underneath.
  3. We recommend measuring a piece of string, inclusive of any extension chain measurements, and cutting it to the entire length of the item.
  4. Place the string around your neck or wrist and use as a guide to determine how, or if, the measurements of the item will fit.

For cuff-bracelets

  1. Our bracelet-cuffs are measured by the inside circumference, and cannot be altered in size.
  2. Follow the same guidelines as above to determine how, or if, the measurements of the item will fit.

For layered necklaces

  1. For necklaces with more than one layer, we have included the measurements for both the shortest and longest layer.
  2. Follow the same guidelines as above to determine how, or if, the measurements of the item will fit.

For earrings

1. Check the size of item in the “product details” section of the product listing.
2. It will outline the following measurements:
    • stud: the width of the stud.
    • width: the widest part of the earring.
    • length: the earring length from the top of the stud to the bottom of the earring.

    3. We recommend using a ruler against your ear to use as a guide to determine how, or if, the measurements of the item will fit.

Please note the stud post of our earrings is usually in the middle-centre or top-centre of the stud.

    For rings

    1. Check the measurements of the item in the “product details” section of the product listing.
    2. Our rings are measured with the ring band open and by the inside circumference of the band.
    3. We recommend measuring a piece of string and cutting it to the circumference length.
    4. Place the string around your finger and use it as a guide to determine how, or if, the measurements of the item will fit.
    5. To keep the strength and appearance of the ring band, we suggest that the ring only be adjusted by either 1-2 sizes smaller or larger.
