EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
No refunds or exchanges on sale items
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged
If a package arrives damaged, please check the contents and notify your Postal Service immediately.
You must contact TINKA THE LABEL immediately on email@example.com notifying us of the fault, along with your invoice number, proof of purchase and photos of the damage.
Fault reports must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in the TINKA THE LABEL signature gift packaging provided and secured in a protective shipping box.
TINKA THE LABEL takes no responsibility for lost or damaged returns. To ensure it arrives safely at TINKA THE LABEL we recommend registering the item and insuring it for the value of the goods you are returning.
TINKA THE LABEL will then assess the faulty item. If the item appears to be the fault of craftsmanship, we will gladly refund, exchange or repair the item.
Please note only items which TINKA THE LABEL confirm to be faulty will be issued an exchange, repair or refund. TINKA THE LABEL has the right to refuse any refund.
If the item is found to be a fault of the customer, all associated costs will be the responsibility of said person.
Exchanges on faulty items can only be made for the exact item, subject to availability. Given the nature of the product, this option excludes jewellery under the UPCYCLED catergory.
Refunds are made only to the amount paid on the item (excludes costs of shipping), to the PayPal account to which the original order was made. Please allow up to 14 days of TINKA THE LABEL receiving and assessing the item for refunds to be processed.
Items are posted within 1-2 business days of payment clearing. A confirmation email is sent to the provided email address notifying you of its shipment. Please ensure you have entered your details correctly.
One item with packaging is approximately 150g.

Shipping is calculated by weight of up to 500g.
Orders over 500g will incur additional shipping costs depending on location.

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of your order.
All parcels are sent via Parcel Post and include their own unique tracking number, enabling you to track the progress of the delivery.
To insure your item, please choose "Signature on Delivery" at time of checkout. Additional costs apply.
For next day delivery please choose "Express Post" at time of checkout. Additional costs apply.
Express Post orders must be finalised by 3pm to guarantee next day delivery. For delivery times and to confirm your location in the Express Post delivery network, please refer to Australia Post.
TINKA THE LABEL is NOT responsible for any loss or damages made to the parcel. Please upgrade the postal service to insure your item.
Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery of order.
International orders are sent via "Air Mail". This service does NOT include tracking.
To track the progress of your item, please upgrade to "Registered Post" at time of checkout. Additional costs apply.
International orders are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
TINKA THE LABEL is not responsible for any loss or damages made to the parcel.

All of our jewellery is hand made and should be treated delicately. If dropped, items may become chipped, loose, or break, so please treat them with care.
Our products consist of beads, semi precious stones and chips, chain and other embellishments, which may vary in colour, pattern and size.
To help prolong the life of your jewellery, please take the following precautions:
- When wearing TINKA THE LABEL jewellery, please avoid moisturisers, hairspray, perfumes and direct contact with water, as some metals may react to these products and may cause discolouration or tarnishing of the product.
- Always keep your jewellery in the TINKA THE LABEL organza bag and gift box and store in a safe, dry place.
- As our products are costume jewellery consisting of plated metals, items are subject to age and tarnish with time. We take no responsibility for damage caused to the item from careless damage or wear.
- All our jewellery is handmade with quality, nickel-and-lead free based metals, finished with electroplating.
Our jewellery that incorporates crystals and gemstones will differ slightly with each piece. As these are natural elements, each one will vary slightly in size, shape and colour. This makes each design especially unique, just like you!!!
Our up-cycled jewellery is a unique pairing of modern day materials with vintage and/or recycled components, varying with each individual design. Due to the nature of these rare, recycled objects, all UPCYCLED jewellery is strictly one-of-a-kind.
