Items are posted within 1-2 business days of payment clearing. A confirmation email is sent to the provided email address notifying you of its shipment. Please ensure you have entered your details correctly as orders cannot be redirected once shipped.
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping information, as once purchases have been dispatched, they are unable to be redirected.
We are unable to alter or cancel any orders upon being submitted.
Standard shipping rates are calculated by the weight of up to 500g.
Orders exceeding 500g will incur additional shipping costs depending on location.
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.

All items are securely packaged in TINKA THE LABEL signature gift set, complete with a keepsake jewellery pouch and gift box. Orders are shipped in mailers made from recycled materials and are photodegradable.

All orders over $150 receive FREE standard shipping and include a unique tracking number. Customers may choose to upgrade their shipping to express post, signature on delivery, or express post & signature on delivery at the time of checkout for a small fee.
Please note that if signature on delivery is not selected, the customer agrees and acknowledges that the parcel may be left in a “safe place” at the discretion of Australia Post’s mailperson and will be marked as delivered by the provider. For the security of your item, we recommend adding signature on delivery to your order.

TINKA THE LABEL is NOT responsible for any loss or damages made to the parcel. If a package arrives damaged, please check the contents and notify Australia Post immediately.
