We accept Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, ShopifyPay, ApplePay, GooglePay and Gift Cards issued by TINKA THE LABEL as forms of payment. Customers are charged once order is submitted.
All exchange & return requests MUST be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org notifying us of the exchange or fault, along with your invoice number, proof of purchase, and reason for exchange/return. Clear photos of the fault(s) must accompany all faulty claims.
Exchanges and returns MUST be returned in their original TINKA THE LABEL signature gift packaging & secured in a protective mailing bag. Items not returned in its original packaging will incur a $5 fee.
TINKA THE LABEL takes no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels and cannot process these exchanges & returns. To ensure it arrives safely to us, we recommend using a traceable delivery method and keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Tinka the Label reserves the right to refuse unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
We pride ourselves on our product and service and want to ensure your shopping experience with TINKA THE LABEL is a memorable one.
If you have a change of mind, we are happy to offer you a credit voucher or exchange to equal or lesser value, on full-priced merchandise.
-Items MUST be sent within 3 business days from the date of delivery (as stated on your order tracking number)
-Exchanges marked as shipped pass the 3 business days can be refused and returned to sender.
-The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.
-Unfortunately the following products are not eligible for return or exchange: custom orders, earrings, hair accessories, gift cards & Up-cycled products.
-All sale items, sample sales, & promotional gift sales are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
We only offer returns on purchases found faulty.
All items are quality controlled and thoroughly checked for any faults before an order is dispatched to customers.
-In the unlikely event a product is faulty, TINKA THE LABEL will gladly exchange, repair, or refund the item in accordance with the following:
-Fault reports must be made within 7 days of the order being delivered (as indicated by its unique tracking number)
-TINKA THE LABEL will then assess the faulty item. If the item appears to be the fault of craftsmanship, we will gladly refund, exchange or repair the item
-Any faults after this date will be considered natural wear and tear to which an exchange and/or refund does not apply.
-Please note only items that TINKA THE LABEL confirms to be faulty will be issued an exchange, repair or refund.
-If the item is found to be a fault of the customer, all associated costs will be the responsibility of the said person
-Exchanges on faulty items can only be made for the exact item, subject to availability. Given the nature of the product, this option excludes jewellery under the UPCYCLED category, which is subject to repair only.
-Refunds are made only to the amount paid on the item (excludes costs of shipping), to the original payment method in which the order was made. Please allow up to 14 days of TINKA THE LABEL receiving and assessing the item for refunds to be processed.
-For refunds on purchases that received a gift with purchase, this item must be returned or the value of the item will be deducted from your refund
-Items returned without prior authorization will be returned at the customer’s expense.
-Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All products come with a 90-day warranty and are subject to a free repair.
Our warranty policy covers faulty items caused by craftsmanship and does not cover damage caused by natural wear & tear and/or negligence.
Delicate items, including but not limited to glass, crystals, and gemstones that have been damaged, chipped, or broken are not covered under warranty.
All repair requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, description of the repair, purchase receipt, and a clear photo of the damage so we can assess.
-Repairs may take up to 6 weeks to complete.
-Repairs are FREE of charge upon proof of purchase and if purchased within 90 days.
-Jewellery that has been affected due to natural wear & tear and/or negligence is not eligible for a free repair.
-Repairs for items purchased after 90 days are subject to assessment. Repair fees will vary from case to case.
-Please note repairs are subject to the nature of the repair and availability of materials. Due to the nature of our up-cycled collection, these materials may not be available for repair.
-For the protection of your items, and to avoid further damage, please ensure your items are sent in their original packaging. If you no longer have its packaging, please ensure it is wrapped securely in protective packaging. -Your repaired items will be returned to you in the same packaging as received
-TINKA THE LABEL takes no responsibility for damage caused to items in transit.
-All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

"Due to the spread of COVID19, all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection".

Items are posted within 1-2 business days of payment clearing. A confirmation email is sent to the provided email address notifying you of its shipment. Please ensure you have entered your details correctly as orders cannot be redirected once shipped.

Standard shipping rates are calculated by the weight of up to 500g.
Orders exceeding 500g will incur additional shipping costs depending on location.

All items are securely packaged in TINKA THE LABEL signature gift set, complete with a keepsake jewellery pouch and gift box. Orders are shipped in mailers made from recycled materials and are photodegradable.

All orders receive FREE standard shipping and include a unique tracking number. Customers may choose to upgrade their shipping to express post, signature on delivery, or express post & signature on delivery at the time of checkout for a small fee.
Please note that if signature on delivery is not selected, the customer agrees and acknowledges that the parcel may be left in a “safe place” at the discretion of Australia Post’s mailperson and will be marked as delivered by the provider. For the security of your item, we recommend adding signature on delivery to your order.
TINKA THE LABEL is NOT responsible for any loss or damages made to the parcel. If a package arrives damaged, please check the contents and notify Australia Post immediately.

Our products are costume jewellery consisting of plated metals which will oxidise naturally overtime.
Moisturisers, makeup, hairspray, perfumes and direct contact with chlorine, fresh & salt water, may cause discolouration or tarnishing of the product.
All of our products are handmade and may have slight variances, tool marks, uneven surfaces, colour variances and minor flaws. Due to differences in your computer monitor, colours and finishes may vary slightly from the actual product shown.
Our products consist of metal, beads, glass, semi-precious stones and chips, resin, and other embellishments, which may vary in colour, pattern and size. Please take this into consideration when purchasing from us.
If dropped, items may become chipped, loose, or break, so please treat them with care.
We take no responsibility for damage caused to the item from careless damage or natural wear & tear, and highly recommend following our Product Care guidelines to preserve its quality.
Our natural gemstones and crystals are all beautifully unique and will vary in size, shape and colour. Because of this, please note that your piece may not be the one as displayed in the photo, but still beautiful all the same.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide individual photos of each gemstone and crystal.
Our up-cycled jewellery is a unique pairing of modern day materials with vintage, antique and/or recycled components. Due to the nature of these individual items, we are unable to accurately specify the metals and/or materials of the repurposed components.
Gift cards purchased online will be emailed to the payee’s address nominated at checkout, which can then be forward to the gift recipient.
-Gift cards expire 12months from date of purchase.
-Gift cards are not eligible for purchase through any sales, promotions or discounts.

We put a lot of time and love into designing & making our products and get all giddy inside when it finds its home. We want to ensure you continue giving it the same treatment, so have provided a list of ways to treat & care for your jewellery & accessories.After all, everyone needs a little tender loving care.
Our products are costume jewellery and consist of plated and non-plated metals that will oxidise naturally over time.
When wearing Tinka The Label jewellery, please avoid lotions, essential oils, makeup, hairspray, perfumes, and direct contact with water. Personal care products can easily build up unwanted residue and cause the product to age prematurely.
-applying all personal care products first, and adding jewellery once dried/set.
-remove your jewellery when washing your hands and having a shower.
Chlorine, fresh & saltwater, cleaning products, or any type of chemical substance may cause discolouration or tarnishing of the product.
-removing jewellery before going to the gym, swimming, or conducting any cleaning or recreational activity.
For occasional cleaning, gently wipe the metal surface with a soft, dry cloth.
We do not recommend using treated cloths or other cleaners, as they are not formulated for costume jewellery and may damage the plating.
For items that consist of fabrics and similar materials, we suggest spot cleaning them with a small damp cloth.
Metals in your jewellery may oxisidise or tarnish when exposed to moisture, humidity, heat, and ocean air (salt). We highly recommend storing your jewellery in your Tinka The Label gift pouch and keepsake box and ensure each piece is separated from the other to avoid tangling, rubbing, or scratching from other jewels.
